How do you take off a rear door panel 05 chev pu

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls.

1989 Chev PU , Aircon Dead , Want to Convert

Anyone can convert R12 to R134. It is as simple as screwing the two adapters on the low side and high side charging ports. Now to charge it you need to evacuate it as you said and then charge the system with R134. The hardest part is finding the way to evacuate and then recharge the system without going to a repair facility.

I need a wireing diagram for the ac on a 1991 Chev PU. Clutch does not kick on. Power at fuse- no power at the tank or at the clutch. Thanks Anne

If the AC system is too too low or too high in system pressures, A safety switch interupts the power to the compressor to protect it. Have you system ck'd befor wasting time figuring out a wiring diagram that will end up telling you to have it ck'd at a shop. Good luck
