The problem is your passlock. I'm sure this is fixed by now, but if it happens again, just put the key in and turn it to "on". DON'T try to start the car. Leave it in the "on" position for about 10 minutes. Then turn it back to off, remove the key, and insert and start the car as normal.
I had the same problem. You have to turn the key to start and let it sit there for 10 min while the key is sitting on start after 10 min the security light should stop flashing and it should just stay on once that happens you can turn your rkey all the way and it should start

I GOT THE 94 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE FROM A MECHANIC SHOP . I BOUGHT IT ON A MECHANIC LEAN. EVERYTHING IS NEW UNDER THE HOOD..SO I KNOW ITS NOT THE ENGINE. 2 WEEKS AGO I GOT A OIL CHANGE AND NEW AIR FILTER NOW 2 WEEKS LATER I GO OUTSIDE TO CRANK THE CAR AND IT WON'T START.. have almost same problem have2003 grand am wolnt start with key jump starter with screwdriver engine cranks but woulnt start has spark and fuel to rail thinking i have a factory alarm problem because securitylight keeps flashing on and off when key is in on position any suggestions
