It is the blower resister. I purchasted one at auto zone for $18.00. It is located under the passenger side dash. You need to remove the glove box and the plastic cover under the dash to expose the blower motor. the blower motor resister is right next to the motor. Simply unplug the resister remove the two screws and replace. I did this and now my fan works on all speeds.

My problem is similar, however in addition to only running on high speed it remains running even after the key is off.
Have not replaced anything yet, because not sure what is problem. I have been told everything from a/c control head, relay, blower resistor?
Thanks in advance.
I have the exact same problem. The blower will only work on the 2 highest settings.
Fan went out. 30 amp fuse in engine compartment had blown. Replaced fuse and I was left with high speed only. Replaced the resistor (it was definitely fried). Still only have high speed. Did I miss something?
