To remove the front rotors, you first need to support the vehicle with a jack stand. Then remove the wheel.
Once the wheel is out of the way you need to take the two bolts off of the backside of the caliper, then compress the caliper and lift it off of the rotor.
Now you should be able to easily remove the rotor from the Jeep.

How do I remove front rotors from a 2003 hyundai elantra

First jack the front end up. Then remove the wheels. Then remove the calipers. Then the rotors should fall right off the car into your hands. They are not pressed on or hubs

Replace front brakes and rotors

first take off wheels, then check if it is a star screw or a normal bolt, then remove the bottom bolt, remove the top bolt, and take the caliper off to access the pads and to remove the rotors, then back together the way it came apart with some anti seize on the face and bolts. Sometimes you have to pound the old rotors off...

Front rotors and pads

Those rotors are bolted from the inside of the wheel bearing hub. You have to remove the caliper and mounting bracket, then remove the wheel bearing outer and slide the hub assembly off.Unbolt the rotor.
Your local library should have a shop manual on it.

Cannot remove front rotors. The rotors are rusted badly, and we've removed the tire, the brake pads, the nuts. Won't budge.

you may have too heat them up with a blow torch be carefull of brake lines then hit with hammer in a circular motion

Removing front rotors

Most FWD rotors are "floating".
Just hit them on the hub area with a big *** hammer a few times.
They should pop loose.
Others are pressed on, they will require a slide hammer to remove.
Those can be a pain in the *** for the average joe!
