Honda 2001 ex stopped running and steering locked up

You say stopped running steering locked up the steering lock is mechanical and has nothing to do with the actually running of the engine so i am presumming that the car was idling stalled on its own and the steering as you tried to restart it locked or the steering won,t turn it won,t if the engine s not running as it is helped by the power steering pump which doesn,t work unless then engines running but if the steering has just locked up then you won,t be able to turn the steering in which case you,ll need a new steering lock not that big a job yates210456
