My 1995 Mercedes s 500 coupe will not start. All of the panel lights light up when the ignition is engaged but the engine will not turn. I have had the battery tested and it is okay.

Does the car start in Neutral? If it does then Park sensor switch is cactus.
Not sure of the fix but my S320 does this, sometimes starting OK in Park, sometimes not.

My 2000 S500 mercedes will not start. the key turns but the engine will not crank. it has a new battery

Does it click or do anything? If not, then the plastic gears inside the ignition that control the vehicles ACC and ON positions along with the cranking may have slipped. Have someone to pull the ignition switch panel and check and make sure the "gears" are working properly.

How to reset the maintenece light on Honda accord 2007

1. Depress and hold the select/reset button on the right of the instrument panel beneath the odometer reading.
2.Insert the ignition key into the ignition to hold the select/reset button.
3.Turn the ignition key to the power accessory position. This will illuminate all the lights on the instrument panel without the engine running.
4.Continue the select/reset button until the maintenance required light goes out.On some year models. the light may blink once before going out.

Where do you connect the obd II computer to a 1995 mercedes benz s 500 coupe?

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. I am not too familiar with this vehicle, but most OBDII hookups are under the drivers side dash. There should be a port there to hook it up at.

Dash lights are not working 1999 Mercedes-Benz CLK

most probable cause could be a faulty ignition switch. Does the lights on the dash come on when you turn the key to the on position ? Do they turn off when you turn the car to the start and are about to crank the engine ? If that does not happen you will have to replace the Ignition switch. They don't have a fuse for the dash lights.
