Have you run OBD2 scan for fault codes ? What led you to change the parts you have so far ?

The dealer cannot fix the car?!?!?!?!? What are they there for?

You have an intermittent situation. Thing to do is next time car does not start have it towed to dealer at their expense in that condition so they can hopefully address issue. Your dealer, like mine, is a POS.

By different do you mean size wise or just tread wise . Is it an AWD vehicle or 4wd vehicle with you driving in 4wd . A bit more info would be helpful.

Instead of playing the guessing game get an OBDII code scan done. I know this sounds like a waste of time but there are times when the power train computer will detect issues and not display a MIL (malfunction indicator light) or as most know it the check engine light. If there is a vacuum leak, misfiring injector or coil, low fuel flow, bad sensors or any other cause this will help narrow the search down dramatically. Good Luck.

There is a recall on those fans. I would check with your closet Nissan dealership to see if you have an open recall on your truck.

Trust your feelings on this one! Replace it as the intermittent fuel is not good for your motor or your safety. Worst case senario is that you did some dammage to the fuel pump in the tank by running dry...

You need a scan toll hooked up to it and when it acts up then you will have a "snapshot" of all sensors when it has it's rough running trouble.
This would be the place to start first.
