The power steering reservoir should be just under the oil filter housing (round black case with a large nut on the top). It should have a star-shaped handle on it.

E46 BMWs use ATF in their power steering so make sure you use the right fluid.

How do you reset the antitheft system in a 2003 BMW 325I I have literally no power at all not whatsoever

No lights, nothing? Not anti-theft, that only stops you starting the engine. Check the big fuse on the battery.

Could be battery be flat?

Ultimately, it is a BMW, so you will probably have to get the dealership to tow it, unless it is a simple flat battery. So many FUSES!

I have a 325i 2003. The power steering reservoir is leaking ever so little, However there is an odor coming from the engine when the engine is hot. The reservior is maintaining it's fluid according to the...

The power steering fluid leak is most likely a hose. BMWs are notorious for power steering hose leaks. On this car, replacing the power steering hose is not too hard once you get the air filter box and a few other things out of the way.
The smell is most likely the valve cover gasket leaking onto the exhaust manifold. This is another very common problem on BMWs, and is another problem that is not difficult to correct. Once you take off the cabin air filter tray, the valve cover is easy to access.

2003 BMW 325i will start but making noise

It might be a faulty power steering pump. Try checking the level of the power steering fluid. It is probably best you have your power steering system checked by a mechanic.

Does the noise occur only when the vehicle is moving?

Try moving the steering wheel from side to side, while stationary (but don't do it too often, or you might damage something). If the noise is still present when the car is stationary, then it probably is the power steering system.

If the noise only occurs while the vehicle is moving, it could be a problem with the differential/final drive, or even wheel bearings.

2003 BMW 325I Power Steering

when looking at the engine with the hood up, look to the right hand side for something that looks like this (#1 in the pic): http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=ET37&mospid=47720&btnr=32_0957&hg=32&fg=20

it will be black in color, but don't confuse it with the oil filter housing. power steering reservoir will have a unique cap (#2 in the pic) that can be removed with your hand. the one that has the large nut on top is the oil filter. remove the cap and put in the correct fluid.

hope this helped.
