My 92 vette sat all last winter and I needed to replace my battery. After I replaced the battery I started the car, the stereo had a high screach sound thru the speakers, you could not hear anything except the screach thru the speakes. I had to drive with the stereo off to stop the screach. This did not happen before I stored it for the winter. Thanks for the help

Its interference from the alternator ,for whatever reason which i think is your problem but i could be wrong it could just be the radio has damp inside it and may dry out with use like have the heater on ,without hearing the noise its difficult to pinpoint exactly what the noise is ,yes their is a difference in the type of noise as to a clue as to what is causing the noise .

My ETC light is on+engine light.2004Dod-Dur5.7mag-hemi. Turns over quickly cuts out.

If the light is on, you've got a trouble code stored in the computer. Read the code is ALWAYS the first step. Don't replace ANYTHING until you get the codes read.

97 concorde, started and ran fine, then my daughter did not start the car all winter. It sat with huge mounds of snow on it.Now battery is dead, every time i jump it,it will turn over but won"t stay on...

cheapest thing to start with is to buy a new battery. they arent built to last. if that doesnt help then its your alternator. sounds like its gonna be the alternator though. you can test it with a test light though or some alternator repair shops will look at it for free. it will only take them a minute to do if you feel like taking the alternator in

Having problem with my 92 vette dieing on me in

When was the last tune up? What was changed? Coils are notorious for a non running condition. Dead cell in battery or loose battery connections can make it stall. Bad alternator also. Bad fuel filter or fuel pump. Any of these are places to start checking.

Power windows wont work on 92 vette. where is fuse for them?

Either behind the driver side kick panel or under the hood in a fuse box by the battery.

2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse won't start in the winter...(15,000km)

Try using a fuel treatment. Sometimes water builds up in the lines and makes it hard for the car to start cuz you can't combust something thats frozen... I'd recommend Lucas Fuel Treatment... either that, or maybe new spark plugs, though if the dealer thought they were fine, I don't think that's the case.
