My wife's car was jumped off incorrectly and the battery was damaged. I had to replace the battery and the inline fuse. Now my radio is not working. I have checked the radio fuse and it is still good. The power windows are still working fine and they are on the same fuse with the radio.
Question is there any other thing I can check or do to trouble shoot this problem.

I am afraid the horse is out of the barn on this one - you almost certainly have damaged your radio.. Charging a car battery that way or incorrectly jump starting the car is a very bad idea, as voltage spikes and surges can kill electronic equipment in the car.
you may have blown an internal fuse on the radio. sometimes radios have an inline fuse on the red wire, located behind the radio. You must remove it to discover this problem though.
If my memory serves me, this vehicle has a Body Control Module fitted which takes care of these and many more functions. By connecting the jumper cables incorrectly, this module may have been damaged and will need to be checked and or repaired by qualified persons. The radio may also have been damaged by incorrect jumper cable connection . To be honest, incorrect cable connections can destroy most electronic devices in the blink of an eye and can be very expensive to replace damaged parts.
My advice would be to take the vehicle to a qualified auto electrician and have all the vehicles systems checked including ABS brake systems, Airbag systems etc.
I think you are absolutely right. Some of these autobody shops hire monkeys that can barely tie their shoes. They forget things like tightening battery cables and they fail to anchor down wiring or even inspect it for damage. They want the car in and out so they can make more money. Yes there is more possible damage, though the car accident may have caused it. Your locks should work regardless of the key position. As should your interior lights. Start with checking the fuses and hope you find it there. Something also might be burned out in the ignition switch cutting the power to the locks and lights in the off position. Not really sure how that one is wired up to be honest. Really hoping it is just the fuse.
Your Vehicle has two fuse boxes one fuse box under the hood and one inside the vehicle. Check your owner’s manual and you should find the fuse panel at the side of driver’s dash console. Look at the fuse schematics for the fuse description radio then remove that fuse for a visual inspection. If it is good it could be an internal radio problem. However, If the battery jumper cables were hooked up incorrectly it may have damaged a battery cell or the regulator of the alternator and I would have her take it to NAPA, O’Reilly, or Auto Zone to have a free battery and charging system test.
the radio might have its own inline fuse at the back some have them on the live wire in a black tubular casing , you need to get radio out of hole in dash to find this out, do same with lighter to, some have a fuse inline as well remove that and see if that has a simular thing to the radio hope that helps
Have you checked the radio fuse? You may have blown the fuse when you jumped the car. The fuse box should be out under the hood encased in black plastic.
If you connected your battery incorrectly (positive to negative) then radios tuner probably burned out.On some models there is a little fuse before the radio unit which suppose to protect the instrument from such problems. If you are lucky then this fuse needs replacing,if not radio needs few new parts or replacement.
power window and sunroof dont work, radio works fine
