SOURCE: why is my car leaking oil its a 1995 cadillac
because it is 15 years old. Engine seals dry out and deteriorate over time. Just a guess, but I'll bet the oil is coming from your main seal or valve cover.
SOURCE: i don't know what oil to put in
well that's up to you. how many miles does the car have? and what type of driving conditions do you drive in. the best bet is to at least go with a semi synthetic it will give the better protection then a conventional but won't be as high as a full synthetic. a semi synthetic is better for stop and go traffic and short trips. and if you have high mileage it's better to go with a high mileage oil to help stop leaks and to give better deposit protection.

well, oil seals get old and an engine is still considered to be good, according to what I have read on the Internet, if it consumes less than 1 quart per 1000 miles. And, one should change the oil every 3,000 mi. according to most reputable oil change garages.
Granted if it's leaking any oil, that is not ideal.
Rubber seals and gaskets can get oil soaked and spongy or tightness of bolts that hold gaskets on can be too loose (but I wouldn't overtighten bolts as they only go in so far)..
SOURCE: what coolant go in 1995 cadillac deville
I would use any Dex Cool approved coolant, but if you're on a budget, I would use any antifreeze that says that it can mix with any color antifreeze. The warranties are the same on both types generally 5 years or so.
The antifreeze sold at Walmart for car radiators is good (but don't use the pink antifreeze used for RVs for winterizing plumbing)
Use a 50/50 solution of water to antifreeze by volume when topping off yor radiator through the overflow tank.
