You may remove engine head to inspect gasket leaks.

This is problem with Head Gasket. Replacing the head gasket it will be fix it.
Head gaskets run anywhere from 20-50 dollars depending on your
truck/car, as for installing them on a truck they are relatively easy
compaired to todays newer cars. they are located above the block your
where your spark plugs are, they stop oil from seeping out of the
motor. do it your self and it may take a few hours or pay some one and
it will cost aroud 200.00 and up.

You probably did some non reversible internal engine damage. I would
have your mechanic run a compression test on the cylinders to see if
maybe just one cylinder is damaged, and I would also get him to run a
cooling system pressure test.
White smoke is usually caused by coolant getting inside the engine
combustion chamber, so I would rule out the possibility of a blown head
gasket...which is cheaper to repair than overhauling the engine. If
engine compression is good, but your head gasket has failed.
I would remove the cylinder head and have a local machine shop do a
valve job on it before you replace the head gasket. This will basically
"overhaul" the top half of your engine.
If the mechanic thinks there is damage to the lower end of the engine like the crankshaft
or main bearings or with the piston and rings etc. etc. then it might
be more cost effective to replace the engine instead of trying to
overhaul it.
White smoke
is caused by water and or antifreeze entering the cylinder, and the
engine trying to burn it with the fuel. The white smoke is steam. There
are special gaskets (head gaskets are the primary gaskets) that keep the
antifreeze from entering the cylinder area. The cylinder is where the
fuel and air mixture are being compressed and burned. Any amount of
antifreeze that enters this area will produce a white steam that will be
present at the tailpipe area.
If white smoke is present, check to see
if the proper amount of antifreeze is inside the radiator and the
overflow bottle. Also check to see if antifreeze has contaminated the
engine oil. You can look at the engine oil dipstick, or look at the
under side of the engine oil filler cap. If the oil is contaminated with
antifreeze, it will have the appearance of a chocolate milkshake. Do not
start the engine if the oil is contaminated with antifreeze, as serious
internal engine damage can result.
How did antifreeze get in the oil or
cylinder in the first place? The engine probably overheated and a head
gasket failed due to excessive heat, thus allowing antifreeze to enter
the cylinder (Where it is not meant to be).

Sounds like you head gasket went bad, the white smoke is an indication of this.
Coolant leaks into the oil and burns off as white smoke thru the exhaust.
Probably a problem with injection.
If the smoke is white check also the coolant liquid level. If water level is going down, then water is being vapourized in the cylinders. This means head gasket is going, and soon you will need to replace it.
If this is the case (liquid going down and head gasket problem) your engine can stop for good at any time.
Keep a bottle of water in the car and take it to a mechanic as soon as possible.

I Initially replaced head. check coolant system for leaks by pressurizing with engine hot and cold. Checked compression on all cylinders. Checked fuel injectors. Replaced spark plugs, wires and coils. smoke does not have a coolant smell to it. There is no coolant or oil loss that i can tell.
Also the pressure check was done with the spark plugs removed.
I bought a remanufactored cylinder head.
What is your opinion on block sealers like bars leak and blue devil?
