I have a 2004 chevrolet optra with 2.0 liter engine and a automatic transmission, first problem are I cant start the car on park mode I have to put on neutral to crank-it,second the I/C fuses always blow-up soon I put a new one, and finally the ecm fuses blow-up soon I put the keys on to start, thanks for helping me

cars have 2 things.
engine coolant temp
and HVAC temp
can tell what you are talking.

car is off state?
do you mean the engine stalls.?
try to talk in terms of what system in car is failing
HVAC (heating or cooling of passengers)
engine issues, stalls , misfire, lost power.
transmission issues, wont shift or slips or messes up some of 100 ways. as a/t love to do.?

Rock the car back and forth to remove parking pin from park .

2004 Volkswagen Jetta

THE 5 SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

At the bottom of the automatic gearbox (tiptronic) you will find one threaded plug on below surface, (follow red arrow in the picture below). This is for emptying.




The oil level threaded plug is placed on the car front lateral automatic gearbox surface, (follow yellow arrow in the picture below).



The filling oil plug is placed on the upper automatic gearbox surface, (follow green arrow in the picture below).


Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) checking:
1. Requirements for check:
1.1. Vehicle standing on level surface.
1.2. Transmission must not be in fail-safe mode.
1.3. Shift lever in "P" position, parking brake applied.
1.4. Engine idling.
1.5. Air Conditioner and heater OFF.
1.6. ATF temperature must not exceed 104 Fahrenheit degree (40 Celsius degree) at start of test.
1.7. Automatic gearbox oil capacity: 2,5 liter. Only ATF with VW designation may be used. Do not use any lubricant additives.
1.8. Automatic Transmission Fluid ATF - part number: VW G 052 990 A2
1.9. An ATF level check when transmission oil temperature is too low results in overfilling, when too high results in underfilling.
2. CAUTION: Too much or too little ATF will affect the operation of the transmission. The ATF level must be checked at regular intervals.

To check fluid level, transmission should be hot and engine running at idle. Pull the transmission dip stick out "red" wipe clean and re-insert. Check level of transmission fluid as indicated on the dip stick using the second reading and make sure the Astro is parked on leveled ground. Add Dexron III or VI as needed and do not over fill.

Start by checking the transmission fluid level. Check it in park with the engine running.

Since this happened while you were driving I would bet that it is not a shift linkage problem and if the fluid level is fine your transmission may need repair or replacement.
