Is it worth it to change if I want to drive it up to 175k miles, IS WHAT you should ask yourself at this momment. If so, then have the belt changed asap before it busts during driving on the freeway. Nonetheless, you may continue to drive at your own risk. You can reset the programmed light from turning on by removing the red lead from the battery then replacing it.

Seat belt lights come on when driving down the road
sensor on the seat belt fastener bad. Wiggle it to make it go off with the seat belt locked in place or change the sensor.

CHECK BRAKE LIGHT comes on the dash board, I ahve chaged the light several tiems, it works for a while then, you guest it the dash board signal appear again?
It's trying tell you there is something wrong with your brakes. Fix the brake problem and the light will stop coming on. Check your brake fluid level and check you brake pads for wear.

Sound like multi problems....the A/C has nothing to do with the lights...possible ignition sw problem.. with out knowing what options your vehicle is equipped with, try disconnecting the battery and see if it still happens...if it does you may have to take it to your dealer/shop to diag the circuit ....GL

If the security light is flashing when that happens, you need to turn the key to the ON position, and let it sit for 10 minutes, so it can reset the security code. Start it up as normal and let it idle for 5 minutes.
