It sounds like you have more than one problem with your Audi. The coolant leak and the ignition switch are two separate issues. I would recommend that you take the car to the Audi dealer or to an independent garage that specializes on German cars and have the vehicle checked.

On my 1976 Chevy C20 pickup I go to start it and starter won't stop running I bench tested and it works fine so what could be the problem

If the starter and solenoid is good and not hanging up I would check the Ignition switch to make sure it is releasing back after turning it to the start position. Be sure key is not sticking.

The Speedometer, Odometer, gas & Temp gauge not working, as well as the light lighting those. Why?

The ignition switch might not be returning to the "Run" position after starting. Try turning it back a little, but not enough to shut off the engine.

I have a 2005 c320 mercedes sports sedan am having trouble starting ----shop has tried to solve but cant find problem have replaced battery &trans computer parts n.g. still having trouble i turn key...

With what you say I would be checking the current to the starter when you turn the key to start. That will tell you if it is ignition switch or not. If the switch is ok pull the starter motor and have it tested for faulty armature.

Cant turn key to start 1997 toyota camry. tried all keys to car. after hours of jiggling key it catches and turns ignition to start. Do I need to replace ignition or tumblers in switch. If so HOW

Hello,
Yes you do need to charge the ignition barrel as it sounds as if the current one knakered, try going to the scrappy but be sure to get a barrel that they have the keys for also remember to keep your other keys for your car.

Intermittent electrical problem

Have your voltage regulator checked. On some vehicles the voltage regulator is built into the alternator. Voltage changing and giving too much or too little can cause all kinds of problems.

Ford Explorer 97 - cranks but won't start sometimes

I don't see anywhere where you replaced the drive belt or the fuel filter it could be building up pressure in the fuel pump causing the sending unit to stick but before you do all this get a digital volt meter and check out the crank sensor I'm just asking because it has happened to me if you have a lot of keys on one key ring it can damage the ignition switch so check out the crank sensor and the ignition switch first

Ignition problem

did you buy this car used or new, if it was used somebody could have tried stealing the vehicle like you described by putting anything in it and possibly jammed the ignition switch which could be why it takes so long to get it into position.good luck.
