My vw jetta 98 turns but wont start and also read the obd code p1582 0103 1613 and 1580

have the OBD codes read as will tell you which sensor/switch is at fault

have the OBD codes read as will pinpoint the sensor/switch as could be a few things , i'd guess at the MAP or CRANK sensor but the OBD code will give definate answer

You will have to have the fault codes read by a code reading machine . That will tell you why the engine stopped. I am suggesting that you check to see if the cam shaft is turning when you try to start it as the timing belt may be broken. Repair/replace items listed by the codes -reset the CPU with the code reader

You need to clear the codes,just repairing won't make the code go away,here's a link to see how to remove code.

ABS and coolant are unrelated unless there is a problem with the ECM (engine control module) or instrument panel. Is the red coolant warning sign for coolant level or temperature?

With ABS if there is any failure with any brake electronic component (sensor, motor, or fluid level etc) the ABS will shut down completely and flash the light. If the light is on or flashing the ABS is non functioning.

I need better information on the coolant and ABS to give better information.

THAT LEAK IS UN-METERED AIR ENTERING THE ENGINE, FIX IT AND RETEST SYSTEM. P103 IS A MAF CODE. A MAF MEASURES THE AIR ENTERING THE ENGINE, AND BASED THAT AND ON OTHER DATA THE PCM DECIDES THE AMOUNT OF FUEL TO INJECT.
