have the regulator checked as the required voltage is 14.5-14.8 volts dc
check for drive belt condition and tension
with a voltage of 12 volts and insufficient charge the battery will drain down as more is going out than being provided by the alternator
besides that if the regulator is faulty it may be a reason for draining the battery
you can find more info by going to auto zone and login in (its all free) then list your car then go to repair help then vehicle repair then to internal engine then to timing belt
When it comes to removing bolts that are seized on all is fair game. You can soak them over night with a heavy dose of WD-40 and try breaking them free the next day. If that does not work then use leverage with an extension bar on the ratchet along with heating them up with a torch. Last but not least you can drill them out and buy new ones which I would recommend anyway. If they are threaded that be careful not to drill to big and ruin the threading. Don't be afraid of a large hammer and some swearing. Good luck.
If your water pump is leaking from below then it's leaking through the weep hole. Time to replace the water pump. Should be up front behind the fan clutch.
