Your oxygen sensors are now reading twice the amount of unburned fuel going through your exhaust system so the computer is probably reading too rich trying to compensate by running leaner. Go back to your dual system.
You may have 2 problems - the blower motor I believe should have power all the time and the speed is controlled by grounding the circuit through the various resistors. I think you need to get some wiring diagrams.
