I have a 1993 Chevy Beretta that has fair break pedal when the engine is off, but almost no pedal when the engine is running. We have bled all the lines and think we have all the air out.

You could buy a tougher replacement handle at an auto store so that this isn't an issue again, or it is fairly straightforward to remove the panel and reattach the handle.
Likely your brake light switch has gone bad and the battery has been run down by the lights being on. the switch is above the pedal. Change the switch and re-charge your battery.
1993 Chevrolet Beretta 2.2L SFI OHV 4cyl The Relay - Fuel Pump is located under hood, passenger side, upper firewall, mounted
in corner relay block.
Open the hood on the back firewall is a screw that takes off the
plastic molding goes across the entire letgh of the fire wall. it comes
off in two pieces behind this is the fuel pump fuse and relay switch.
well its hard to describe but here goes. the belt will run across the top from the PS pump to the alt. from the alt to the inside of the water pump, then to the outside of the a/c comp . then around the crank pulley, then up to the inside of the tensioner, then up around the outside of the PS pump. It will be easier to put the belt around all the pulleys except the alternator, release the tensioner and with the belt loose, slide it over the alt pulley. GOOD LUCK. I hope you fixed the problem with the belt, they just dont fall off for no reason. ck tensioner pulley, water pump.
check master cylinder but after brakes are bled with vehicle running brake pedal pushed down should be even with gas pedal you have to allow extra movement due to vacuum assist you only have this when vehicle is running pedal is only hard when engine is off
When was the last time you open the transmission ? Is it a standard, or automatic transmission ? When was the last time you change your breaks ? Jack the wehicle up, and try to turn the tires with your hand. your breaks might be too tight.
TCC solenoid is sticking. Very common with the 125C trans. If you want to just "get by" you can unplug the squarre plug on the front side of the trans and this problem will be gone. It is fine to drive that way - may lose a couple mile per gallon out on the highway but you can drive em forever that way
I am assuming that this is the trans you have. That it isn't an overdrive - no circle around the D?
