Vehicle cuts off after running 15 mins,

The problem is usually the crank sensor that is faulty. Run the vehicle till its hot, when the motor does not want to crank, remove sensor pore water on the sensor to cool down, refit sensor. If vehicle starts, purchase new crank sensor.

Without knowing the year of your vehicle, I can only assume that a component, probably the ignition control module is getting too hot. This could be the module is bad or the resistance between the coils and the spark plugs is too high. Check the resistance in the ignition wires to see if they are within specs and check the spark plugs themselves.

A new module could solve your problem but, if the cause of its predecessor's failure is not fully addressed.it could happen again.

Distributor bad. Repalce with Rich Porter NS 60 on eBya or Amazon. Known issue.

sounds like a crank shaft sensor could be camshaft sensor or timing belt starting to go.

Someone will need to check it over when it fails to start. You need to know if it is not getting fuel to the injectors or spark to the plugs.

Plug do not come pre gaped. Pull the plug and set the gap.

if u have to wait 10 min for it to cool down, then it starts again - i would go with crank sharf sensor replacement.

everyone on other forums said it would be this 100%.

i replaced it and so far touch wood.

35 pound part online and max 1hr to replace.

seems to common for 145,146,147,156 etc.

check fuel filter and fuel pump. replace if not functioning.

I would go to to autozone or advance and run and obd 2 scan. this is free so you can see what codes are coming up. I hope its not your alternator
