17099 P0715 Input Turbine/Speed Sensor Circuit = Malfunction.

This points to a failed or failing sensor or even wire on the sensor inside the transmission which measures speed of shaft rotation and engine rpm's to watch for slipping inside the wet clutches relative to the turbine shaft..........Phew.!

That being said, you need experienced help.

If you need a shop try this to search for one near you :http://www.iatn.net/shopfinder/

If you do not find one...post back with your Zip or Post Code and I will look for one.

regards

What is wrong??

Not sure about the code, but sounds like you are having an EGR problem and possibly a very dirty throttle body. Remove the TB, clean it and the area where it attches to the intake manifold. Check the operation of the EGR valve, shoul not be operating when engine is cold.

Po731 and Po715 on '96 grand caravan

Code 731 is for the computer thinks the ratio is wrong for first gear, and code 715 is for a problem with the input speed sensor. Code 715 could cause code 731.
Someone would need to check the sensor and possibly replace it.

Im getting po700 pd and po715 and po720

The first number is a zero not an "O" P0700 is just the TCM requesting the PCM to turn on the check engine light. Because of these codes are defective transmission wiring harness, defective shift solenoids, defective transmission internal parts.

Where is the vehicle speed sensor located?

It is located on the outside of the transmission housing under the hood, it goes where a speedometer cable used to hook up on the earlier models Below is a picture of the sensor.
