I'm getting luke warm heat coming out of my 2001 jeep, cool that you have to turn the vent away from you because how cool it is. I use to get burning hot heat, so i had my heater core replaced twice but not with the chrysler brand. (heater core was leaking and had to be replaced) but before it was replaced it was blowing burning hot heat. i've also had my water pump and thermostat changed. i've had the lines flushed and coolant changed. my question is can it be that it is not a Chrysler heater core brand? or what else could it be to be checked? (had the blend doors checked and they were fine.)

Have you checked your water temperature sensor? A little thing like that can affect the heat put out with low readings coming out if it is not giving the right voltage. They are under $20 so that should help you out. The Jeep brand is originally AMC(American Motors Corporation) of wich the parts utilized came from different american brands (Alternator from Chevy or Ford, Motor from Dodge, etc.) But the put out for the heater core is the same. Just get the temp sensor changed and run the appropriate coolant for your Jeep year.

The blend door is located at the top of the plenum chamber. The dash needs to be removed/pulled forward to access it.

You need to have a pressure chek done on the engine cooling system. this will tell you if you have any leaks. some that you can't see. this is the main reason for loosing heat constantly.

2001 Chrysler Sebring When i turn the heat on it is very weak sometimes none and, on the left side of the vents it is not hot at all verses the right side of the vents wich are luke warm.

Not putting out any heat at all or very little heat - when the engine is hot - suggests a coolant flow problem. Might try flushing out the cooling system if it has been more than 75,000 miles since it was done - if it was ever done. Sometimes the thermostat can get stuck and in colder climates this can prevent the engine from warming up to operating temperature and contribute to this type of issue. Short of flushing out the coolant with fresh new antifreeze - use the correct type - your likely culprit is a mixing door operating intermittently or not at all.

My 1999 limited does this. When i bought it off the guy he said that its because of some flap down by the passengers left foot. In mine the passenger air barely even blows because of this.

Heater

Likely it has more to do with the door that controlls the airflow. Which should be operated by vacum might check and make sure all thevacum lines are plugged in.

Does the gauge in the car show it warms up?
