this is very common problem for caravans. chrysler announced that they extended warranty for evap leaks and line problems in a/c to 7 years 70000 miles. 1-800-992-1997.call them please. if it is out of warranty it is really hard to fix thing without having replacement parts.

there are drain plugs or connections for all AC systems in cars when drainage blocked or clogged this happens.

Remove the cover plate on the passenger side of the heater box, 3-4 screws.
Unplug the motor assembly, remove 3-4 more screws that hold the motor in place and pull it down from its position. Get an aftermarket motor and installed it in the original housing with the original squirrel cage.
Installation is the reverse of removal.

i would guess by your question that you are used to Fords. Chrysler vehicles do not use these switches. just pressure switches and fuel pump relay. from relay power then goes right to the fuel pump.
