I have an "07 GMC Denali with manual fold out/

no symptoms posted (broke glass or ???) can we be on same page?
"how do I switch," verb switch , the mirror as switches inside, too.

please say what that word means. switch and the failure.
1: remove and replace with new.
2: move right to left and left to right side.

why would you do that #2

these,NASA grade mirrors are very complex... not just glass and plastic. heaters ,motors, memory , etc.

the FSM cover all tests for the mirror, including scan data.

ill quote the FSM now , 8 steps (just 1 fail,not heat, not memory failure or fold failure)
ONE MIRROR INOPERATIVE
(1) If the one inoperative mirror is on the passenger
side, go to Step 2. If the one inoperative mirror is
on the driver side, go to Step 3.
(2) Check if the passenger front door will lock and
unlock using the power lock switch on the driver side
front door. If OK, go to Step 3. If not OK, go to Step 6.
(3) Disconnect and isolate the battery negative
cable. Remove the trim panel from the front door.
Disconnect the 12-way mirror wire harness connector
from the door wire harness connector.
(4) Using two jumper wires, test the mirror as
shown in the Mirror Test chart (Fig. 2). If the mirror
tests OK, go to Step 5. If the mirror does not test
OK, replace the faulty mirror.
(5) Disconnect the 12-way door wire harness connector
from the door module connector receptacle.
Check all of the circuits of the door wire harness
between the connector for the mirror and the connector
for the door module for opens or shorts. If all of
the circuits are OK, replace the faulty door module.
If any of the circuits are not OK, repair the open or
shorted circuit(s) as required.
(6) Use a DRB scan tool and the proper Diagnostic
Procedures manual to test and repair the faulty Programmable
Communications Interface (PCI) data bus
communication between the two door modules.

This is a "Car Wash" feature and they don't fold in on their own. You have to press the button on the drivers door.

No the mirror must be replace as the parts that move it are loss from wear. These mirrors if power cost about $300.00

According with the 2003 Yukon Denali Owners Manual, check on the Instrument Fuse Block, access door is on the drivers side edge of the instrument panel. Pull off the cover toa ccess the fuse block. Look "HVAC 1" tag label.

connect at bcm, upper side of knee bolster, bcm brown connector -left front signal supply vltage, l-blu/white wire C5 pin #4 and black connector-right front signal d-blu/white wire C4 pin#5

2003 GMC Yukon - My power mirrors stopped working.... all fuses have been checked and they are all good. Any ideas? These are the power folding mirrors. The function that allows you to fold them in for car washes etc still works.... they just will not adjust when you change drivers, or when you try to adjust them with the controls. Any ideas would be appreciated!

if they are power fold mirrors and they get pushed in manually sometimes they jump off track they need to be cycled a few times to reset

driver side power mirror won't move up or down. will move side two side.

no special tool its easy take mirror cover of inside that is then look for little caps take them off and then take screws out look aroung=d the trim pull out at bottom then pull on sides thenpull up and out the take or unhook switch panel take off trim take off vapor barrier then replace handle wallla then go back

well look for little pop outs first then then look for screws in those little openings then look on the outside edge of the trim panel for retainers to remove then pull the mirror cover off just pops of then pop out bottom of the door and then pop out the sides of the trim then pull up and out should come right off after that take vapor barrier off and then you will see the interior parts of the door and mechanics of the door/ Please rate my response thank you very much
