Question edited for clarity and add maker.
Question moved to model category.

Here is the vacuum lines diagram. I would also suggest that you clean the Throttle body, and the MAF.

You also need a good pro grade scan tool computer to check for other issues.

My car is For 2005 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 8 Cyl 5.4L the mellage is 102000 above and there is sound from the engine and some mechanical shops said that sound could be from the timing chain or...

If this is a DOHC double cam engine, there is a problem which shows up over time. The noise I am referring to is a diesel engine sound from idle speed to about 2000RPM where it fades away.

If this is your noise, the problem is with the "Cam Phasers". These engines require Ford brand oil and filters because of the relief valve in the oil filter and the synthetic makeup of the oil. Yes there are relief valves in most filters and there are different brands of synthetic oil, but the operation of the "Cam Phaser" depends on factory parts and the Phasers still go bad.

If you want to try an aftermarket product, Duralube makes different types of additives. Get the one for the engine oil. I know Lucas has been tried and it did not do enough to help. Put Duralube in first and see what happens.

The replacement of the "Cam Phasers" is extemely expensive. With a cheater tool, its a 4 hour job, and without the cheater you are looking at the 8 hour range +. Ford has an extended Warranty program, but when you are over the Mileage its on a case by case basis. There is enough money involved here that it is worth it to ask for assistance. Even if you can get the Phasers at cost you will save hundreds of $.

Would like to know the outcome of this case. I hope you feel my solution is very helpful.

How do you flush the cooling system in 2007 ford expedition eddie bauer edition 8 cyl

Due to hazmat regulations the best answer is to have it flushed at a quick lube shop they are the most qualified to handle the waste generated in this process.

If you are going to do it your self ensure motor is cool additionally that your never allow antifreeze to stand out alone it is very toxic.

Don't flush. Drain and refill only and take your old antifreeze to your local hazwaste center for disposal.

Hope this tip helps.
