Driver side wiper only moves when it is lift off window at a 90 degree angle. other wiper is fine.

You should be able to unbolt the arm and physically move it on the post. See if there is a cover over the post and a nut underneath.

Do you have power and ground at the wiper motor ?

lift the plastic cover on the bodywork end of the arm and then position the arm in park position then tighten the 13mm nut its taht simple

If you lift the wiper arms off the window to reduce friction and operate the wipers, do they both move? If the shaft and wiper arm doesn't move on the bad wiper, take it to a garage as it is a big job to replace the mechanism. If the shaft of the bad arm moves, the nut holding the wiper arm onto the rotating shaft should be tightened. If that does not fix the problem you should remove the nut and wiper arm and inspect the splined shaft end for wear. Clean the grooves and reattach the arm. This will normally fix most bad wipers and helps them do their "wiping thing".

its never too new for the window motors to go have it tested in the door have to remove door panel

wiper arm has to be detach from pivot if u want to take cowl off,under cowl is wiper motor drive linkage that connects to pivots,now is it only wiper arm u want to change or is it some thing else?to remove wiper arm lift plastic at bottom of arm undo bolt and pry off wiper arm,on both sides if u want to take cowl off!

turn the key on, then turn the wipers on. Time it just right to turn the car off when the wipers are all the way vertical on the windshield. Now you should be able to lift the wiper blades up.

just pull the wiper arms off and reinstall in the right direction 13mm wrench good luck
