I don't think the Speedometer has a fuse and when its not working ( Speedometer) That means your VSS ( vehicle Speed Sensor) went bad and probably need to be changed. Good luck

No fuse just for the speedometer , fuse for whole instrument cluster . No reset either , hooking up a factory scan tool to check for DTC's - diagnostic trouble codes in the instrument cluster or BCM - body control module . The speedometer should be on the same circuit as the rest of the gauges. If the speedometer and odometer stop working, you should get a check engine light and the problem could be the speed sensor in the transmission.
I have some problem , KLH-12 HICE 2003 dosn't work I change sensor it's don't help , I chenge ECU it's also do not haep me , I change speedometer , some !!! I check wiring from speed sensor to ecu , signal run , now I think about rellay or fuse box ....
My brothers 2000 ford ranger the fuse went out to the speed sensor. I change the speed sensor because it did not shift out of 1st gear and the speedometer stopped working. I then found out the fuse was missing in the fuse panel. My brother could not tell where the fuse went but when I put a fuse in it started shifting and the speedometer started working. everything was good. You should have a code if it is the speed sensor.
sorry it could be the sensor i dont know if it has a fuse for that but i would check the fuse box and see if there is a blown fuse i hope this will help you .
Unless it is a wiring problem somewhere, then I would guess that the two problems are separate issues and they just happened to both go around the same time. I am still thinking that the horn issue is probably just a fuse. The speed sensor is not as bad as it sounds, and it is actually pretty easy to replace if you know where to look. The speed sensor can be purchased from any honda dealer or chain auto parts store. I would always recommend genuine honda parts, they are a little more expensive but are much more reliable and are always an exact fit.
