The blower for the vent and air conditioning, the power outlet in the front (below the radio), the electric locks and the back up lights all suddenly stopped working at the same time. The electric windows, the radio, the inside lights, the taillights and headlights all work fine.
My husband replaced one fuse (under the hood by the battery). But cannot find any other fuse to replace or figure out what is wrong.
Can someone help?

My chrysler grand voyager 1999 jumps out of drive gear .and when i rev it .it sometimes jumps into gear.. i have had trans fluid put in and it work ok for 2weeks .but now its doing it again .. please help
There is anther fuse box inside the vehicle.I'm just not positive exactly where,but there is one inside.Look around under dash on driver side with a flashlight,get on the floor board and look up.General Motors sometimes puts them at the end of the dash on drivers side.I have seen some located behind a cover,on the driver side lower dash.Just have to look.It's there.
It could possibly be a relay under the hood.Chrysler uses a power distribution box under the hood where it has relays located.The box itself is black plastic,and the top is hinged.Open the box,and it should have printed on it locations,like "Headlamp"and "A/C"," Heater Blower" etc.Locate the relay that is on the circuit your having problems...Heat and A/C and switch it out with another relay,but make sure the numbers match up.Each individual relay has fine numbers printed on the tops,and they are square black plastic,with blades on the bottom,they should just pull straight up.Sometimes relays will just deteriorate and melt.Look for any melted look visually,then try swapping them.Hope this helps.
There are several computers,all ending in "control module"Body..BCM,Transmission,TCM..etc etc.Anti lock brakes,air bag,so on so forth.I rebuild transmissions for a living,and when i am stumped on an electrical issue such as yours,.i have a fellow locally that LOVES electrical challenges,and he has found things that just astounded me.I found him by looking in the Yellow Pages locally under "Generator Repair".Maybe you can try and find someone local.Electrical monsters are just..............AHHHHHHH.It's very strange,as the backup lights get their signal from a switch inside the trans,the signal goes to the Transmission Control Module,which doesnt make ANY sense that all these things are tied in together...yet totally separate,like door locks and backup lights and heater/a-c blower.I would go back to the relay location,pull the relay for the blower,and check with a 12 volt test light to see if power is even GETTING to the relay port.(Key on,blower switch ON) Also backprobe the fuses for the blower motor,with a test light,one port should have power,the other will be dead.This is trying to determine if a power supply problem or a ground problem.Check all grounds you can find too,tight and clean.About now,you're going to get into in depth electrical work,or find a guy local.Good Luck.

The fuse that control all the items you described is a # 12 fuse in the fuse box under the steering column it the last fuse on the right hand side when looking at the box and it a 10 amp fuse

The is nothing wrong with my battery and we have tried replacing the fuses.
The headlights, taillights, radio, inside lights all Work Fine. It is ONLY the door locks, back up lights, blower (air conditioning and heater), and the turn signals that do Not work.

Thank you. Apparently, it is not the relay. We replaced them but it did not fix the problem. Some one suggested it might be a computer. Is there more than one? Any idea how to determine if the computer is the problem?
When it rained some water got in to the van through the door after a few days my automatic door lock kept locking over and over again. i diconnected to vcm and then my turn singnal wont work Help!
