Lost power to a/c system. no fan or compressor. Checked fuses and all are ok. what can it be. I thought it might be the fan relay.

I have a similar problem. A/C compressor works fine. Blower/Fan not working, then all of sudden it worked for a couple 100 miles then it stopped working again.

Checked blower fuse and it is fine.
    A/C relay works fine.
    Replaced broken A/C dial

May be a pressure switch. that will keep the compressor from kicking in.

My heater and ac lost power in my 2012 chev captiva sport

Ok! this sounds like your fan is not working the heater is a water system. The fan pushes the air into the system. The fan is on a fuse, check that first. If its ok, Have the fan checked to see if power is getting to it. If so the unit itself is bad.

97 Jeep Wrangler sport- Cranks, will not

Fuel flow. Either simply, a blocked fuel line (debris / filter / fouled gas) or an electronic issue. Ever let this Jeep run bone dry on gas? Hopefully not, as doing so can draw a lot of crud into your fuel lines from the bottom of the tank. Electronically, if part of the Jeep "brain" has gone bad, there may not be any fuel being routed to the engine. This most likely needs a Jeep mechanic to repair.

I have a 1999 Jeep Wrangler and the heater fan stopped working for all the fan speeds. The fuses are fine. How do you know if it is the blower resistor or the blower motor?

If you bypass the resistor pack and connect the motor directly to the fused 12v supply then the fan should run at maximum speed. If so, it's the resistor pack that's blown: a very common fault on a huge number of makes and models.

Jeep Wrangler 03 A/C stopped working abruptly

This may be the AC compressor cycling switch is defective. It is located in the larger of the 2 AC lines coming from the compressor, it has a wire connector to it with 2-3 wires. To verify this is the issue jumper the connector with a small piece of wire and see if the compressor runs.

A/C FAN NOT WORKING

I presume you are talking about the blower motor and not the cooling fan on the engine?

If you have checked the fuse then ensure there is power at the blower motor when switched on.
