I don't mean to cast any doubt about your automotive electrician skills, but from what I have seen researching problems on this subject, even the pros are having problems when it comes to installing aftermarket electronics on late model vehicles with factory security systems. One little mistake and the system will lock down your truck to where it won't start. Consider having the remote start installed at a shop that specializes in such things. If anything goes wrong, they'll be responsible for making it right. If you do it, and something goes wrong, you'll be out big bucks to get things working again. Just my 2 cents. No offense.
not really helpful most people dont have money to pay someone else to fix their cars or maybe just maybe some one might want to bond with there vehicle and do things for them selves so why dont you point us in the direction of a site that will tell us the red wire is for this or the blue wire is for that ??? thats what would be helpful we are americans we like to fix things our selves and make things go faster and have a sense of pride when we fix things on our own so how bout that web site???
