Hello I have seen the filiment in buld short out across the dual bulb 1157? bulbs. Replace all rear bulbs and recheck

check if you have a loose ground wire thats short circuit your light bulb
or any wires thats touching metal

The head light is a lens, the bulb is replaced, the bulb is at the rear of the head light under the hood, the retainer twists off and then the bulb is removed.

go behind the head light with the hood open.. you should see about 2 to 3 compartments where the wires and bulb go intot he head light.. some un screw and some just have the bulb there.. if there is no door to get acsess into the head light then just twist the plug to the left and the bulb will come out with the wires. unplug that bulb and plug your new one in

To replace the headlight bulbs.You need to remove the head light assembly out.The head light assembly is held by 2 to 3 three screws on each side. You need to remove those screws first.The front trim will get loose,the front trim is held by pins.The pins are of plastic and easy to release.Just release this pins and the front trim will get completely loose and can be easily taken off/. The head light assembly is in the front fender.Once the front trim is removed the head light assembly can be easily removed from front fender compartment.If its bit tight there,then you can use a screwdriver to give it a pull towards out.The head light bulbs can now be easily seen as well as easily removed now.Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove the bulb from the bulb assembly. -------- Keep updated for any more queries.Thanks.

1) You will need to open the rear swing door.

2) On the inside jam there are two torx headed screws (T-15's if I remember correctly).

3) Unscrew the two torx screws.

4) The light is now held by two mounting tabs (small spherical headed plastic sets that go through a rubber grommet).

5) You will need to pry the light casing off (easy pressure with a good size flat head screw driver will do the trick).

6) The light bulbs are twist mount settings inside the light casing.

7) Twist out the mount setting, change the bulbs, and reset the light mountings.

8) To put the light casing push the light casing back on and put in the screws. Everything else will work in reverse when it comes to assembling the whole unit.

REACH BEHIND HEAD LIGHT ASSEMBLY.ROTATE THE SEALING COVER COUNTERCLOCKWISE TO REMOVE IT FROM THE HEAD LIGHT HOUSING.REMOVE THE BULB LOCKING SPRING. DISCONNECT THE BULB ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR.PULL STRAIGHT OUT ON THE BULB TO REMOVE IT.BY BULBS BEING HALOGEN.DONT TOUCH WITH BARE HANDS. OIL FROM HANDS WILL CAUSE BULB TO BLOW BY OVERHEATING.HANDLE BULBS WITH CLEAN GLOVES OR NEW CLOTH GLOVES.

you unplug the bulb then there is a "collar" around the light bulb just turn i belinve its counterclock wise and remove the bulb, dont toouch the new bulb reverse the removel to install

Right behind the light there should be 2 clips pull up on those and the headlight will come out to change the bulb
