-Check for exhaust leaks at the manifold,pipes, and catalytic converter ( replace if needed)
-Check the o2 sensor down from the one you replaced could be the other one malfunctioning

I would try disconnecting battery again. Disconnect both cables and touch them together for a few seconds. This will reset all modules. Wierd that you had so many codes after just disconnecting battery. Sometimes very hard to tell if ecm is bad.
The code means the computer is not getting a data signal from the O2 sensor because it is not heating up quickly. It could be a faulty sensor, or the power source for the heater. You would need to check the heater circuit for voltage and ground first.
for blower motor check fuse hvac 20a int.panel and hvac 30a fuse in elect.center eng.compartment,if ok,check for 12v at blower connector if power is there fan is defect..temp.gauge check connection at unit if ok check resitance if it varies when engine warms up,if it doesnt vary replace unit,if it varies check wiring circuit,unit is place at drivers side of eng.block near sprk plugs.for hard to start;if check eng.light is not on could be in need of a tune-up depending on how long ago it was done,if check eng light is on or was on scan ecm for trouble code.
The check engine light also monitors the deairate system of the gas tank. On the undercarriage (below the drivers seat) are 2 rubber tubes which get briddle over time check those for cracks. If you don't find any it is probably necessarry to empty the gas tank complety, make sure the engine is cold and pressurize the whole fuel system with smoke in order to find that leak.
A blinking air bag light might indicate a broken insulation on one of the wires of the wire harness wrapped around the steering column(inside a black plastic cover). To access it it would be necessarry to remove the steering wheel.
