Listen for the fuel pump running when the key is turned to on, or check for voltage at the fuel pump with a test light or meter. The connector at the fuel pump under the back seat(under a cover with 3 screws) should have 4 wires, the 2 larger guage(diameter) wires are for the pump, the skinny wires are for the sending unit. If there is no signal even then, you may have a bad fuel pump relay.
If it won't start at all, and you also have no spark, you may have a bad engine speed sensor. This is probably more likely and won't set any codes. The engine speed sensor is located on the front of the engine near the bottom, by the oil filter housing. It should be held in place by a single bolt (10mm on the outside with a 5mm allen in the center). The sensor has a short pigtail harness and the connector is clipped into a bracket.
The tach should move when cranking, even if the car won't start. If it doesn't move, it's probably the engine speed sensor.
Checking the sensor with a multimeter is not easy, as it produces an AC signal on 2 of the 3 wires, and I'm not sure which ones.

On my 2010 sentra while the fuse is good i steel have no power to the fuel pump and i can't identified the fuel pum relay

: ECM determines the start signal status by the signals of engine speed and battery voltage. The ECM activates the fuel pump for several seconds after the ignition switch is turned ON to improve engine start ability. If the ECM receives a engine speed signal from the crankshaft position sensor (POS) and camshaft position sensor (PHASE), it knows that the engine is rotating, and causes the pump to operate. If the engine speed signal is not received when the ignition switch is ON, the engine stalls. The ECM stops pump operation and prevents battery discharging, thereby improving safety. The ECM does not directly drive the fuel pump. It controls the ON/OFF fuel pump relay, which in turn controls the fuel pump.

Does the car have spark , crankshaft position sensor

I have a 2000 beetle it won't start it cranks but won't turn over mechanic but it on the machine and it said the crank sensor was bad he fixed that in still wouldn't turn over so he put it on a different...

If there is no pressure at the fuel injection manifold, it indicates that the fuel pump is not being activated when you turn the ignition switch to start. This condition may be caused by a blown fuse, a bad ignition switch or wiring to the fuel pump, or a failed fuel pump. Check the fuse, then check the fuel pump by disconnecting the electrical connection at the fuel pump and applying a 12V battery source to the fuel pump. If the pump works, check the ignition switch and the wiring.

Did you check your CKP and CMP power wires for a short to ground? Short to ground up stream might be pulling the voltage low from the PCM. Also.. have you pulled up the underhood fuse block just to see if there's any rodent damage to the wiring under there? That's a pretty common spot for rodents to cause problems.

My car will not start it cranks but will not turn on. So far I have changed the crank sensor I also have no spark to coil packs or spark plugs Fuel pump does not turn on when I turn the key. What is the...

Begin by checking fuses. Ignition, efi, fuel pump fuses. When key turned to on, do the warning lights and gauges work? That verifies switch has power and is sending power out. With key on, the coil primary wire to coil packs should have voltage.

No spark and no gas? Fuel pump fuse good? I think I would use a test light or multimeter to check that fuel pump fuse terminal has power to it with key on. If that's good, pull connector off at fuel tank and check for a voltage signal on fuel pump wire when the engine is cranking-if good signal, fuel pump needs taken out for replacement or inspection. If no signal check that fuel pump relay has power to it. With key off, pull the relay and check that one terminal has power to it-the feed wire for the pump. If no power signal at all, check maxi fuses or fusible links for a failure.

2001 wont start

There could still be moisture in the wiring harness between the sensors and the computer, or the computer could have been damaged.
You would need to find out if the computer is getting a signal from the crank and cam sensors. Most shops would use a scanner to check it.

This is a most likely a fuel shortage in the fuel rail but could be one of the below as the problem. First change your fuel filter if it does not clear up then have the fuel pressure tested from the pump. Then the Fuel Pressure regulator then cam sensor in this order will save you money i assure you Remember they are in order below.Remember to rate my solution and give testimonial this is how i earn my achievements her on FixYa Thanks in advance, Need help further ask me.
1 Fuel Filter
2 Have the Fuel pump pressure tested

97 geo metro replaced fuel pump, has new timing belt, gets spark to plugs will run with ether sprayed in carb but wont stay running, has new water pump, new fuel pump relay, ...someone said check the ECM...

The cam sensor controls the injector pulse. No cam signal = no fuel. Also these cars are known for wires chaffing through on the injector harness. If any of the wires are shorted out it will kill all the injectors and result in a no fuel no start situation. Check the wiring first, normally a no cam signal will set a code and a check engine light. Make sure the fuses are good also. Hope this helps.

2001 beetle stalled and won't start

Check TDC (Top Dead Centre) sensor - ie. crank sensor. Possibly faulty and needs replacement. Could also be a worn out timing belt.
