The simple answer is to replace the fuel injection manifolds with one that will accept a carburetor. You do not say what kind of vehicle or eng you have so it is difficult, at best, to give a detailed answer. You may need to replace the fuel pump - or at least regulate the fuel pressure depending on the carb system you choose. (standard carb or throttle body fuel injection etc.) you will also need to consider the sensors you would have to disable to allow you vehicle to run. The input from these sensors which are handled by the ECM may (would) require a new chip to be installed (or reprogram the one the one you have) which may or may not be possible. When I built my race car - 82 Camero - I got rid of the computer completely and stuck with the old air - fuel - spark systems of the past. This may not be possible in your case due to the fact that I am guessing that this is a daily driver and it may need to be emission tested. I don't know if this helps. Let me know. Thanks

SOURCE: Is there a conversion kit

Probably best to go to a Toyota car wrecking yard and see what they have.It would have to be the same model engine, and it is a lot to change due to having a computer and associated sensors that would need fitting also.
The Tercel came out with a couple of carbs models. One looked light a bell on its side(copy of a SU type carb),and gave a lot of grief. You can source the conventional type carb and fit as a replacement.
I hope this helps you.

What's your question?converting. fuel injection to curbarator on 1.6 monza 1990 model, connections. from ignition. distributer, coil. and modulator.

VERY VERY BAD IDEA! Honestly, more trouble than it's worth, and FAR BETTER to simply repair the fuel injection system.
Your vehicle was not designed to operate properly with a carburetor, and you will never be able to countermand the ECU's control of basic engine functions. Please consider simply REPAIRING the FUEL INJECTION, and use a tuner to optimize (you will get much better results).

Do my 1996 gmc box van engine fuel injection or carburetor

Look.
If you see a fuel rail or a short-throat throttle body, it is fuel injected.
If you see a carburetor... well, I think you get the point :)
From the year (unless it is a non-U.S. model), it is most likely FUEL INJECTED.

Does a 1988 carborated Nissan pathfinder have a fuel pump regulator?

Are you sure it is a carburetor and not throttle body injection? They do look similar.
If it is a carburetor, there would not be a regulator. The fuel pump will either be a mechanical pump mounted on the engine, or a low volume electric pump in the gas line from gas tank to the engine.
If it is throttle body injection (TBI), yes, there is a fuel pressure regulator, probably located near the throttle body. It will have gas lines connected to it (one line will be a return line back to the gas tank) and a vacuum line. The fuel pressure on TBI systems is not as high as multi point injection, usually around 20 psi. You would have to check the specific pressure requirement for your pathfinder.

Take off the air cleaner cover and look at top of unit. A carburetor should have a choke plate right at top of the carb throat. However some Nissans by '88 had a carburetor without a choke-it used an enricher jet controlled by the ecu for added fuel when starting.. On a TBI, looking down at the unit where the air goes in, you will see one or two injectors with a wiring harness connected to them-each injector will have two wires connected to it.
If still unsure, check engine designation on the under hood label. Carbureted engines will have a s letter designation, injected engines will have letter i. To explain: my '87 Sentra is carbureted, so engine designation is E16s, some same engines were injected, so their designation is E16i.

Why do I have to pump the gas pedal to get my 1991 Nissan stanza to start

You probably have a carburetor that feeds fuel to the engine rater than Fuel Injection. Fuel Injection squirts a bit of fuel into the ignition chamber when you turn your key, allowing the car to start, with a carburetor, you have to manually pump the fuel into the ignition chamber to start the engine. Usually Two to Three times should be enough.

1994 v6 Nissan pickup dies at stop lights. won't idle.

Hello, first is it carburetor or fuel injected engine? When was the last time it was tuned up?
If carbureted engine then the carburetor will need to be rebuilt or replaced with a rebuilt carb.

If fuel injected engine. low fuel pressure, faulty fuel injectors, new air cleaner, throttle position sensor might need to be replaced, air flow sensor could be faulty, broken vacuum hoses, plug fuel filter, faulty fuel pump, new spark plugs, etc. All of these things need to be checked out.

You are probably not getting very good fuel mileage. Couple of things will be needed. rebuild carburetor, new filters, and a tune up. GB...stewbison

Toy 4runner when you rev it up then let off the idle drops around 400 then takes almost a minute to return to normal any ideas?

the problem is with your fuel injection system .First have your ECU checked up by an authorized service personal. Have your carburetor cleaned up and check for complaints with the engines JET system . Retune your engine after cleaning and it will be alright for sure . The carburetor jet pin might have got faulty so expect a replacement for the carburetor or fuel injection system .
Thank you
