Bluetooth Volume too low

I purchased the a4 and had no problem with my blackberry bluetooth connection. There was a very loud connect tone, but the sound was just fine. I took it in for it's 10,000 checkup, and it seems the svc and the bluetooth volume are no longer working. The volume is so low I can't use the phone. I've tried turning up the volume on the steering wheel when the tone hits, it's not the phone, the dealer said it's just a coincidence that it changed when they did the service and programmed the keychain to open all the windows at once.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem with my 2007. I also beleive it happened around the same time as the 10K service, now that you mention it. I took it to the dealer and they adjusted something in the computer's settings. They said they cranked it up to it's max, but it didn't help much, if at all.

Have you found a solution? Please email me at [email protected].

    Thank you,

    Sean

Same thing happened on my 2008... right after the 10k service.

Just had service done and now the max volume is too low. I can still adjust volume with the steering wheel controls but the max level is less than half what it was prior to the servicing. Phone calls while driving are now very difficult to hear. I would be greatful for any suggestions

I had the same problem after I got my 15K service back in April. I brought the car back and they said they cranked it up to the max but it was still too low. I started researching online and found out that I was not the only one with this problem. I even forwarded this link to the dealer. I told them that Audi must have a solution for this because it is not an isolated issue. Thankfully, there is a solution and my bluetooth was fixed last week! Audi recently sent out TSB (technical service bulletin) #2018475/2 which is apparently a "radio adaption" as stated on my invoice. My bluetooth is now back to normal. You all should contact your local Audi dealer and reference this TSB so that your bluetooth issues can be fixed.

How do i get my phone connected to hands free on my peugeot 207?

if its a fault with bluetooth you switch on the radio and leave volume low, disconnect the battery and leave car for about 15 mins then re-connect battery. Get into car and do not touch the radio, power up Blue tooth on your phone again and it should give you the 'success' message on dash. You might have to use the four digit code on your phone which is 0000 , that's four zeros.
Apparently disconnecting the battery & re-connecting will re-set some of the required electronics for your Bluetooth connection.

Do your speakers work? When the bluetooth connects, is there a sound that indicates that you are connected? I cannot answer this question without knowing more of the problem.

How to connect bluetooth

Your car did not come with a Bluetooth receiver as standard equipment. You would either have to purchase and install (have installed) an aftermarket Bluetooth receiver, or an aftermarket radio that has Bluetooth.

How to connect my bluetooth to my 2007 audi a4 q , how to connect my ipoh to it also , in the book it talk about interface but i cant find anything in my car.

the "interface" is the wire supplied by the maker of your ipod to connect into the socket in the car.(here in Europe you have to buy a "parrot" to "interface with the radio for the phone as not all phones are compatible.)

Paired Blackberry Curve 8310 w/Range Rover 2005 drops calls

Ok, this isn't so much a solution as a work around.

As long as your phone is still holding the call (showing connected), once the Range Rover drops the call, hit the soft button that shows a picture of a green phone receiver....as if you were making a call. This will cause the Range Rover to reconnect the speakrs/mike to the phone, and you can continue your call in relative harmony.

I still haven't figured out how to get out of the jam when a second call comes in while you are still on the first....

Good Luck

Blue tooth

Jealous of your car but besides that. Could you tell me the steps your going through to connect it to your car. Not some blackberries are picky (most) on what they connect to. If the blutooth in your car doesn't resemble a headset etc it may never connect.
