2005 subaru outback ll bean edition, center console or "bezel" is one plate with 6 cd changer, heat, etc.. all on same face. 6 cd changer will not work , i have 6 cd's stuck in there, just jammed? cant figure out how to get face plate off to see if i can get cd's out? i dont care if i ruin cd changer, i will have it replaced, buy i am not paying subaru to take off face plate and tell me DUH the cd player does not work.. then they send it off to subaru land for more than a month to the tune of over $500 to fix?? i can do most myself, but how do you get the face plate off? no warranty anymore, so not worried about voiding it. car toys says they can order new face plate later or help me alter this one to fit new stereo.. that we want, that WORKS.. heard there were problems with this 6 CD changer that Subaru will not fix or acknowledge.. the service department sure did not want to really help, they were clueless
