I dont know anything about vehicles..except how to drive them so this might sound stupid but what kind of battery do i buy for my 96 jeep grand cherokee? it wont start but it sounds like it wants to and the battery is old. plus its been really cold lately. is there a specific kind i should buy?

I would invest in a high CCA = Cold Cranking Amp Battery, the higher the better espicially if your in a colder region. I also would recomend buying it at Wal Mart or Sams Club as there all over the U.S. and comes in handy when traveling as there stores are all over the country and open 24/7 so keep your reciept in your car.
