There are several possible reasons why oil is getting into the cylinders:
worn cylinder guides, worn valve guides, worn intake seals, worn or broken piston rings, leaking head gasket or incorrect grade of oil.
All but the last one will require engine disassembly to repair. A compression check will help identify the source of the oil leak. If you are using synthetic oil you may want to try a thicker oil such as 20W-50 to see if that is the cause.
