SOURCE: left rear window off track

you'll need to remove your door panel (screws are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door) and pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything.

SOURCE: rear door panel removal:rear door window just fell

Windows never go off track

Just as your back never goes out

Window Regulators & Cables break

Try YOU TUBE to see if you can find video
on your door removal

Usually a couple of screws here & there & then you
work out the plastic fastners around the outside of the
door panel
Some times there around the door handle or you pry out
the switches to get to them.

Kind of a self taught & not fun job

Rear door panel removal:rear door window just fell down oneday and i was told it might just be off the track. it has electric windows

Its not off the track!!
You just lost the holders clipping your window glass piece.
  • Look for screws in door panel or around the speaker vents.
  • If you are sure that the speaker cant be removed without opening the door panel then read this below.
  • Mostly seen near areas like door lever(inside), power window switch set, bottom and each sides of the whole panel.
  • If its manual window, then look for a circle clip in between the winding window lever and the door panel. Plunge screw driver between them a make a gap then look.
  • Assure that all clips or screws which obstacles the removal of the panel.
  • Simply pull the panel from sides towards you

Driver-side window fell off track. How to remove door panels and get window back on track?

1) remove the little plastic panel the covers the access to the outside mirror 2) remove the inside door opening handle 3) remove the window switches panel 4) disconnect all electrical contacts for #2 and #3, pull the upholstery panel, it has no screws, just self locking plugs, and careful with the door light, it has a very short cable. 5) remove the clear plastic protective sheet, very carefully, in order not to damage it, since it is attached with a reusable rubbery material. 6) determine what went wrong with the window glass guide.

Driver side power window wont go up.Door was closed with an object at bottom and i heard a rattle like something went off track. What do i do.How do i remove inside panel?I have taken out all visable...

The window probably fell off track. You will have to remove all the screws and window and lock controls. Then take a large flat-head screw driver and gently pry off door panel. You will then have access to window and motor.

Window off track driver side 1997 sebring

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door
