Most likely you have a bad relay. Relay's typically control more than 1 source or part, and you will usually find the relay inside of the Hazard switch itself. Call your local Nissan dealer and run that by them to make sure thats common for that model too. If so, picking up a new Hazard switch should be relativley cheap and easy!

Turn signal hazard lights work but not running lights

The parking lights should be on a different circuit from turn signals - hazard lights. The bulbs usually have two filaments, one for each circuit.
On most models there is a tail light fuse and relay that handles front and rear parking lights.

!997 Ford Thuderbird brake lights and hazards do not work

Lets start at the beginning.
The turn signals and brake lights use different fuses but both go thru the turn signal switch and use the same bulbs.
Have you checked the fuses for each circuit and does each switch have power in and out ?

No brake lights, turn signals, or 4-ways.

Did you actually check the bulbs? I believe your brake lights, signal lights, hazards all use the same bulb for each side.

Your brake lights may be your brake switch just above your brake pedal.
The signals could be your electronic flasher module (EFM) located under the dash near the steering column.
Your hazards may be affected by the EFM, but not likely and the switch for your hazards may be faulty

My blinker lights wont work by themselfs but theyll work on the hazards and the fuse is good i dont know whats wrong

It is the switch. Some call it a combination switch. The lever that works the turn signals, may also work the wipers thats why its called a combo switch. If the work with the hazards, then that tells you that the fuse, wiring, bulbs are all good. Has to be the switch.
