The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. The fuel tank must be removed from the vehicle in order to access the pump...

its on the firewall on the passenger side it has a green elec. connector ....

LOOK UNDER CAR REAR SIDE OF THE ENGINE BLOCK NEXT TO CRANK SHAFT PULLEY.

For 1994 Oldsmobile 88 3.8L SFI OHV 6cyl the Engine Control Computer is located front seating area, passenger side, under dash, mounted above kick panel.

Fuses (located on a swing down unit near the steering column or in the glove box) protect all the major electrical systems in the car. In case of an electrical overload, the fuse melts, breaking the circuit and stopping the flow of electricity.

I suggest check your 1994-Oldsmobile-Eighty-Eight-Owners-Manual for descriptions (page 223 and next).

CHANGE THE ELECTRIC COIL ,PLUS TUNEUP,CAP&ROTOR WIRES PLUGS

Its on the fuel rail, mounted to the frame just in front of the rear wheel.
