It's not THAT big of a deal. You remove the cover over the spark plugs, then the little 10mm bolts holding the top of the cam belt cover.
Remove the cam belt cover.
Remove the front passenger side wheel and unbolt and lift up the flap to access the crank.
Turn the engine to line up the pulleys with the marks.

You'll have to unbolt the tensioner a little bit, turn it back to slacken the belt, then you unhook the belt, replace the tensioner, the idler pulley and tensioner pulley. Waterpump is a good idea at this point since it's cheap and right there.

I use whiteout to mark the belt and sprockets to ensure I get the new belt on the same way with the same amount of teeth between the sprockets and marks as the old one. Then put everything back in, then rotate the engine by a wrench on the crank pulley TWO revolutions to ensure nothing is binding and that your timing marks still line up.
If they do, you're just hanging the covers back on and you're done.

This is the VERY simple version of it, but if you have average mechanical skills, you'll be done in a morning, or a day if you're taking it slow to double/triple/quadruple check things like I do. :D

The entire kit (parts) is relatively cheap and gives you all you need.

How to replace the water pump in my '99 Volvo S80non turbo engine?

You take the timing belt cover off (10 mm bolt and two side clips after the top cover is removed) and the water pump is just under the left cam sprocket. Your best shot is to do a complete timing belt kit (the water pump comes with the kit).
