Where is the horn relay located on the 1988 Toyota pick-up?

i have had a look on google images and there is some diagrams on there you might find helpful.

I have a 2013 toyota yaris le bought a oe universal horn apparently the horn wasnt getting good ground so i bought a wire added it to the battery and the horn went off i was happy until i realized it wouldn't stop. Wherr is the relay to make it only work when touched. Help

Most vehicles have a horn relay, which should be in a fuse box under the hood. Toyota is usually pretty good at identifying the various relays and fuses in the fuse box. If your original horn was shorted, it very well could have welded the contacts in the horn relay together. Also an aftermarket horn could be drawing more amperage than an original equipment unit, causing the fuse to burn. This last statement is purely conjecture.

their isnt none its all done inside the alternator

The horn is behind the grill in front of the radiator.

check fuse and also check the wire going to the horn and check the inside of the horn too and check the ground

I believe they are mounted on the front side of the core support, behind the grille, to the left side of the hood latch.
