Key will not come out, hard to get out of park sometimes, the gear shift won't move. Will not sit and idle without dying (just does sometimes) and tachometer goes up and down with no acceleration (by me with my foot). Also hit 10 point deer going about 60 2400.00 in damages and air bag did not come out.

The
shifter needs to be inspected. Its quite possible that The
shifter assembly is got misaligned, it has to be open and realign.







There
are many other possibilities. But if it was working right up till now and
suddenly this shifting problem occurred then its shifter
assembly alignment issue.

If the car is inclined severly the shifter will be harder to move as more of a load rests on the park gear. You may have to pull it hard but should come out of park. Make sure your foot is firmly on the brake pedal too and the key is in the on position
