Just bought a volvo v40cd 2.0i .it has no owners manual & I do not know how to work anything.how can i get a copy of the owners manual

You can order & buy the factory owner manual for any vehicle,
if you bought it used & did not get one.

Dealers do not sell any manuals,any at all,no service manuals,
nothing, but they can write down the publisher or web site that
has the copy write for them

The owners manual is for fuses,lamps & a very basic idea of how to use the radio & a few features

It will not help you work on the car or resolve anything

hi , as for service books i think volvo keep records like bmw do , thats if its main dealer serviced , think you would get a manal off ebay

Check your fuses to be sure it is not as simple as that. They fuse locations may be listed in your owner's manual. If you don't have the manual. Here is a link to find one online.

i think it might be the open and close buttom has something wrong or the motor of the sunroof it is better that it is seen by a specialist

go tt www.volvocars.com select your region (ie United States). Go to sales&service and click on volvo owners info. you will have to register but all that is required is an email address. Put in your information about year and model car, you can click owners information and should be able to download a free copy of your owners manual. I had to do the same thing for my s60. well, 'W" is for winter drive, "S" for sport drive and "E" for economy drive.

located where the ash tray is. Just below the ash tray compartment. Remove the ash tray' Then press down on the releae trim just below and a compartment pulls out. This gives access to fuses and relays located here.

For the owners manual, ebay is a good refernece for it and then would check with the dealership.
