I have a 91 sedan deville and the power steering is leaking on the belt the battery and most of the left side of the motor. im not sure if its the pump or the line. i have looked at the pump and its seems clean the line is dirty so i think its the line. i dont have any tools and im not sure what tools i will need or even how to run the line from the pump to where ever it goes. much appreciation to whoever can help.

I would beleive more that you have build up in the heater core. Try taking loose the heater hoses from the block and use a water hose to spray into one of the hoses letting it come out the other hose then switch hoses with the water hose and keep reverseing for 2/3 times each hose. sounds like stop leak may have been used in a prior time and may be blocking water flow.
Good luck,

Under the hood, you should be able to find the socket for the bulb behind the lighting assembly. The back of the socket turns out about a quarter of a turn, then can easily be removed to replace the bulb.
It goes back in reverse.
