Have you tried to replace the IAC (idle air control) valve?

Another probable cause could be a stuck EGR solenoid. If this solenoid sticks open, it will send vaccuum to the EGR valve, which will open the EGR valve and flood the system with too much air and "snuff" the engine out. This problem only shows up at idle. The engine should run fine when driving. Please let me know if this helps.

2004 nissan frontier with 3.3 v6. engine runs fine for awhile and then will rough idle (especially in gear with brake on). will give codes numbers P0328 and P0430. i'm pretty sure the 430 code is caused by...

I would go after the knock sensor first as it's cheaper than the ECM. The two things these codes have in common is the ECM (Engine Control Module) but that's more expensive. The knock sensor isn't the easiest job but there is a video on youtube for a 2003 knock sensor you could watch to help you with that.

Nissan v6 idle

looks like that either you do have an air mass not correct working,or the throttle body is too dirty and you have to clean it.Also check for any cracked, snapped vacuum hose.

I have an 02 jeep liberty stalls after warm and is throwing multiple knock sensor codes p0325, p0330 help

P0325, P0330 are both knock sensor codes that are detected by your ECU. Considering that you are showing both codes indicates that your model trim level is either "Limited" or "Renegade" that will have a knock sensor for 2 banks (V6). Knock sensor errors will change the timing of your engine ignition and can lead to a drop in performance or worse, lead to engine stalling in order to save other components of your engine.
The common solution to remove knock sensor codes is to have the sensors replaced by an authorized mechanic; sometimes shorted electrical leads to the sensors are also a cause for the codes. Replacing the knock sensors will remove the prompting of P0325, P0330 and expect to find another fault as engine stalling is not always present with knock sensor error codes.
Hope this helps.

Toyota estima engine knocking sound

Hi there,

Sounds like the engine timing is out - possibly due to incorrect spark plug gaps? If the plug gaps are correct, then there may be an issue with your Knock sensor.

In either case, your vehicle's on-board computer will have stored the appropriate fault codes, so have your codes read by your local Toyota dealership (this takes about 10mins to read your codes).

Once the codes are extracted, this will identify the culprit circuit.

Hope this helps..

88 Ford Bronco II My truck spits an sputters when idling sometimes after it sits for a few minutes ive changed the fuel filter a couple months back the Idle air control valve & Throttle Position...

The only experience I have had like this was a 94 sunbird. It idled bad sometimes it would die out at stop signs but once you go up to speed it seemed to run fine. I changed plug wires and problem went away. If check engine light is on check the code. I never had a check engine light.

Oil pressure low when idling. When running engine

first check the oil level if its good then change the oil if you hav'nt done so all ready and add some LUCAS oil stablizer this may help alot if not then the oil pump is most likley going bad and needs to be replced before the engine lacks oil and cause the engine to seize.
