Hey I have a 1996 Dodge Neon. My ca wont shut off when i take the key out, The key can be completely out of the ignition and it still wont shut off. We eplaced the ignition switch and took the remote starter out, we also just put in a new battery. It was working fine after we replaced the ignition and took the remote starter out but it started again today. Does anyone have any idea what if wrong with it???
SOURCE: find the pcv valve on a dodge neon 1996
When facing the engine compartment, the pcv valve will be located on the right end of the valve cover. It threads into the cover and will have a rubber hose attached also.
Any further problems, give me a shout.

Sounds like the ignition cylinder is jambed, if you remove the covers and put the key in, you might be able to turn it with pliers, just turn it to the accessories position, then there is a small metal clip that pushes in, push it in and pull the lock cylinder out of place, get a new one from the dealer and reverse to install. If it's above you, your dealer can help, usually about an hours labour or so.
Hope that helps, Good luck
