The serpentine belt came off a bent pullie on the water-pump on a 91' chrysler new yorker

Obviously you need to replace the bent pulley,
more than likley the belt will need to be replaced
also.

could be the fuel pump a bad coil or pick up coil located under the cap and rotor fuel pressure should be at least 35psi.
