DTC P0715 CHRYSLER - Input Speed Sensor 1 Circuit P0715 is detected when TCM or ECM does not receive the proper signal from the sensor.
The input speed sensor detects the primary pulley revolution speed and
sends a signal to the Transmission Control Module (TCM) and Engine
Control Module (ECM).
Symptoms - Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light) - Possible shifting problems
Possible causes - Transmission speed sensor circuit is open or shorted. - Poor transmission speed sensor circuit connection - Faulty transmission speed sensor
(Fuel filter will not effect anything, it only prevents build up in engine) Could be one of these- Oxygen sensor fuel sensor Dirty injectors Bad injector/injectors

I suspect that the oil pump is weak or it has a lot of miles. I would try a little thicker oil first to see if this helps with the light. Maybe even use a 20/50
Have your charging system checked. I had a similar problem with a chrysler van - the lights would brighten and then dim periodically. it turned out to be the battery.
